In my opinion, I think there could be some more design work done on it.

On first glance, the white color of the facing is what first strikes my eye.

The exterior facade has changed quite a bit from this rendering. They've added some cool fiber cement siding, metal panels and brick and deleted a bunch of the stucco.

 

We find out this week if we're going to be the GC on this one.

Interesting that they decided to pay the housing authority and annual due to avoid setting aside units for affordable housing.
