I noticed yesterday that there's construction of some type going on northeast of the 121 and I-35 interchange, just north of the park that sits on the north side of Belknap. Anybody have any idea what's going on?

A building permit for 2.8 mil was issued for warehouse construction at 600 N Frwy, do you think that might be it?

Judging by the size of the clearing, that might be it.
