While we are the subject of bicycles, here is another one taken on the Trinity Trails that show the Fort Worth Skyline behind.

Mr. Roberts' previous skyline photo had the Landmark still in it. Here was my vantage point the the day it came down.

A night shot also including signs taken on the streets of Paris - going for the 'motion' effect!

Posting photos is easy, but I know that Flickr has made it more difficult. In order to keep the thread going, I'm posting this picture to go with the theme of motion, signs, arches, and stone buildings.

OK, I have patiently waited the 24 hours before posting again! Perhaps this is stretching it a bit too far, but think of it as 'being creative'...

Very nice shot John. Looked like the perfect day for the Bank of America scene.

Ron, I see you have a Pontiac Solstice! I had a Saturn Sky. It was a 2007 that I ordered when they first came out. I really loved it. (Except for the lack of storage space.) Very fun and efficient. I ordered it before they came out. I found myself just an inch too tall to be comfortable in it and sold it 7 months later. (That and my neighbor in The Tower is Mr. Vandergriff Chevrolet.) I bought 3 GM cars in 2007. I bought 2 Chevy's from my neighborhood after I sold (Easily to a pilot on Craigslist) my Sky. I am still driving those two Chevy's.

From the park to the Tower, this is a shot from the Tower back to the same park, taken during a realtor-led tour of several units (this is taken from 2309).

Yes, I do love my (our) Solstice! It's an '08 turbo - we drove the 'standard model' and were less than impressed with the performance, but then drove the turbo, and, well, the sale was made easy! You're right Brian, it is a very impratical car, but the fun quotient is worth it!

Churches are some of the prettiest (and some of the creepiest - especially old Gothic buildings) architecture to photograph. This is an old stone church in Boston, from a trip we made in May 2010. Don't know the specifics of what or where - I'm terrible at keeping notes on what I shoot!

From the (not quite) Valentine's Day storm a couple years ago (2/12/2010) - no filters or photo 'enhancement' - just natural light at dawn. I took many shots that morning, and the first couple dozen or so came out like this. Once the sun was up (albeit not visible through the cloud cover), the pictures looked more "normal".

Decisions, decisions!! I debated on using the Texas flag hanging on the porch, or going with the Victorian era iron fence below - taken in Galveston. I was impressed by the age, detail and craftsmanship, so it won out! It leaves very little to work off of for the next picture though...
