The Housing authority is considering the sale of 14 lots between Evan's and Missouri, south of Terrell and North of Evans Plaza to Q Hotels LLC. Q hotels has a few cookie cutter developments throughout DFW, including a Courtyard in Fort Worth. 

 

Evan's is a beautiful streetscape, but lacks much development currently. It would be nice to see the street begin to transform into something more special.

I hope if Q Hotels get the land that they build something more special than what they've built previously! We've got enough cheap suburban looking developments in suburbia.

This will be a Holiday Inn express. 108 rooms.
