I see in today's paper The GRF Fort Worth Musuem of Science and History is tearing down and making way for a new planetarium. It must be political because it certainly cannot be for acdemic and scholarly reasons. We were supposed to have an exhibit of extrememly rare meteorite samples in the lobby several years ago but the GRF Arthur Ehlmann (TCU) and his GRF gang (Monnig Meteorite Gallery) interefered. Will wonders never cease? The reader will be surprised how much GRF activity is funded with tax dollars. As the 2008 elections come nearer, look for future headlines (press releases) and updates on the planetarium with some "scholarly and academic" activities undwritten by military defense contractors having their LOGOS emblazoned across the [advertisements].

i am not sure of what you are implying. The whole FWSH museum is being rebuilt, not just the planetarium.

This post has little to do with the construction of anything. Dr. Ehlmann (the Curaotr of the Monnig Meteorite Gallery) along with a handful of scientists has engaged in a pattern of censoring our meteorite and planetary science project for political and financial gain. They have tried to accomplish this by falsification and fabrication methods known in the business as "scientific misconduct". Some of you may have noticed an article in the Telegram several months ago I believe in August or July of this year in which Dr. Ehlmann was touting the financial value of extraterrestrial samples. This article was not an accident and was timed within a specific time frame of events. In that article he made some major errors which I highlighted on SCIFRAUD and in response he immediately and suddenly appeard on our local NRP affiliate to correct the record. ( Go back and check it). These frauds have been dssperate to keep any information from coming out.

Not only did I out Dr. Ehlmann as a fraud, his own geology dept Dean (Dr. Ken Morgan called me in Austin and said, "Ray, Dr. Ehlmann is just an old man waiting to retire," Ray honestly he's barely a geologist and not a very good one at that". ) He said alot of bad things about this fraud not worth mentioning.

Quite frankly I felt bad for Dr. Ehlmann but when he intentionally misidentified our samples I realized he was manipulating the scientific record so as not to disturb the stellar record held by Oscar Monnig. Unfortunately I overshaowed that record by leaps and bounds.

Dr. Ehllmann was assisted by other frauds such as at UT. Dr. Mark Cloos and his co-workers at UT tried to steal some of the samples out of the lab because, well.....if you don't have samples to analyze how can you make incredible planetary science claims and discoveries?

BCC Metoerites back by popular demand is having an exhibit at 2221 8th Avenue. The Butler's Antiques and Uniques in conjunction with Showtime Antiques is having a dislpay beginning in January of the coming year. The exhibit will have the largest and most important lunar meteorite ever found, the only confirmed piece of a collapsed Super Nova (Stellar Grain Sample) and the only two cometary pieces (COMETS) ever found and idfentified.

Minorities can accomplish great things in academics and science. Unfortunately you have to shove the greedy racist frauds (GRF's) out of the way first. And the blanket of frauds and racists is thick and heavy and they saturate our academic environment.

When discussing race related scholarly malfeasance within the framework of an academic setting; censorship is cheap and plentiful, while truth and honesty ripe for the picking are luxuries few can afford.

In my opinion?

It looks like minorities as if we don't already know, are being reminded and reinforced with the notion of stratification in all sectors of society. Thanks for reminding Tarrant County residents and minorities of what our proper and final station is in all matters Mr. OK Carter.

In todays paper Mr Carter writes under the heading, "City needs to focus on luring more affluent residents." Let me see what adding more affluent to our already stratified scoeity is going to accomplish. Perhaps the dispossessed can have greater access to a panoply of ethical role models so as to better distinguish between educational, political, and economic disparaties? Was that the goal of claiming we need more affluent people. Is he really saying we need less poor people or pehaps we need to create more people so the affluent can feel more important, special and affluent?

In his opinion piece Mr. OK Carter makes the astounding statement, " Anglos are being steadily replaced by a less affluent, less educated population. Arlington attracts this population becasue it offers a plethora of affordable housing, a central location, and access to jobs, decent schools and what they often perceive as a safer, more secure urban environment."

These markers by the way, are what many businesses look for when relocating. In other words they need cheap labor to thrive. In my opinion if the affluent need to have a better visual of their affluence, simply maintain the status quo and make poor people poorer. Thats all you need, there is no need to drag in more affluent to Tarrant County, there is plenty of that in the deep dark recesses.

For the wandering eye, this opinion piece reminds me af another list where a heated debate ensured in early 2007.

During the 2006 midterm elections Michigan voters passed proposition 2 which disallows the use of race as a factor in consideration of college and university admissions. This passed by a substantial majority and no sooner had it passed that Mary Sue Coleman, the UMICH President, came out on campus publicly denouncing the resolution and vowing that she would never allow this proposition to have a place in the University as policy, was discriminatory, and she would battle it in Court until it was reversed. A scientist and aerospace-explosives engineer named Dr. Kauffman from UMICH denounced the President on SCIFRAUD time after time with post after post calling her a lawbreaker, a fire breathing dragon, law breaker, violating the law and ignoring the voter's wishes and will. He went on and on (with a stunned moderator remaining silent) with no comment from the other scientists on the list. Finally I got fed up and posted the following responses.
________________________________________________________________________________
___
"Mr. Kauffman, you have stop these hateful postings postings against Mary Sue Coleman because her conduct has nothing to do with minorities, science, education, or affirmative action. I said, "She is simply trying to preserve the federal funding that comes with establishing these fake minority programs". I said, "many white people depend on this funding for jobs, to pay for luxury vehicles, entire subdivisions of large houses for a white elite". In other words economic and income generator for whites; minorities get nothing to very little out of these programs, it's all fake.

As you would expect Mr. Kauffman did not believe me and left the list for about two weeks, came back and said....................

"YOU WERE RIGHT!!!. "I Checked with the minority groups and that's exactly what they said."

And I responded: "I told you didn't I? In order to keep the federal dollars pouring in, Ms. Coleman and these social scientists have to show numbers, meaning they have to show victims of discrimination and if none exists then they have to create these victims to enhance the numbers to justify the funding programs. Do you see how it works now and who benefits from these fake programs...........whites. They run the programs."

In closing, OK Carter and the several nutty writhers on FWST need not remind us of how a greedy racist fraudulent economic, educational, and political system works. We get it and there is no need to embellish it by increasing the numbers on the GRF side.

Putting out a fire with margaritas.

The statement several weeks ago by the Epstein Group that Wendy Davis is the enemy of Police and Firefigthers is so completely outrageous as to beg for a comment. Like Glenn Maxey did for District 51 in Travis County. Wendy Davis is probably going to go in and shake up the leadership in Austin, including the greedy racist chronic underachieveing Republicans.

The Fire Fighters

How and where a group whose job it is to save lives and fight fires has the time to split hairs and change the course of local politics to their benefit is really the bizarre event. I thought the Teamsters Union was a sight to behold? Some of us (the intelligensia) from Park Place and South Hemphill Heights, occassionally, and during the summer months, gather on the patio of La Playa Maya on Hemphill and Berry Street to discuss ways to fix our neighborhoods. We often turn to the quirky, and no idea is off the table. One day four of us met on the patio and while sipping our margaritas the discussion was as follows;

"I know lets offer free housing and truck in a bus load of our gay friends from Oaklawn to beautify the South Hemphill Heights Neighborhood. Has anyone noticed the explosive growth from Travis Avenue Baptist Church creeping all the way into the neighborhoods sucking up more properties? Isn't it ironic how as faith grows neighborhoods shrink? That wouldn't happen in Austin, says another. The conversation is interrupted by, "look there's another one". All heads turn to the fire station across the street from the patio as a firefighter begins filling up their personal, family of friends vehicle with gas paid for by taxpayer dollars. Graudally, back to the conversation. I'm thinking of opening up a chain of retail stores (like Starbucks) selling nothing but pacific ocean blue paint, says another to much laughter. I may eventually increase the line to orange and yellow. What do ya'll think? The coversation is interrupted again. "Look he's opening up the trunk and filling some large red metal cans". Another memeber asks, do you guys see this alot? The Hemphill Hts. group looks at each other and one slowly responds, "We drink a lot of margaritas", to a roar of laughter. Spoken like a true politican says a Park Place member. You should run for City Council. Scientific misconduct and fraud web page updated.

Maybe the FF was using that gas to mow the grass at a local LL field, where he/she spends hours a weekend volunteering to teach your neighborhood kids right from wrong with the great game of amateur baseball, whilst you sip a rita or three. Ever wondered about that? huh.gif
