Serious renovation happening at the old location of Caliber Collision on 7th Street across from Montgomery Plaza

Thanks for posting a photograph.  I was not aware that renovations had started on the building.

Wow... I was just there this past Sunday... 

They work fast. 

 

I knew about the renovation, but didn't know they'd begin now.

Natural Grocers and a Medspring Walk in Clinic are supposedly coming to this.

Natural Grocers and a Medspring Walk in Clinic are supposedly coming to this.

 

I don't know of any clinics on that stretch of West 7th, so that would be a plus. 

Natural Grocers, on the other hand... It already has plenty of competition with Target right across the street. Add ANOTHER, larger grocery store for Left Bank and I don't know if this is a good idea. 

But at least there is something in the words to fill that space.

Natural Grocers, on the other hand... It already has plenty of competition with Target right across the street. Add ANOTHER, larger grocery store for Left Bank and I don't know if this is a good idea. 

 

Natural Grocers is not your typical grocer as you may think by its name.  It predominantly stocks vitamins, health supplements, organics, etc.; with organic foods making up far less of its overall inventory.  Sunflower Shoppe, and not Target, will be its primary competition.
