Then no such luck with the HPL.

I AM currently back in town, so I will retreive those figures for you. I believe the range is anywhere from $190-250+ /sqft.

Are there any more recent opinions on the Houston Place Lofts? I am moving to FW soon after being gone for 10 years and would like to live downtown. I imagine I will rent at first, either directly or a condo lease situation.

I would appreciate any feedback.

I've not heard anything new, good or bad, I do know that a few folks that own here live there...

Overall though I do like the way they were finished out.

I would recommend renting first.

I know some people who used to live there and heard only good things. I visted them quite a few times and it seems like a really good place to live.
