I live this... public plaza and park construction to me is vital with creating a community/public vibe and can spark development near and around that park.

That is one thing I feel Fort Worth is lacking. I have not seen anything if this magnitude being created outside if Panther Island, which is a long way off from coming to fruition. Linking people to parks and nature is vital to creating piblic spaces that promote outdoor activity.
