Use our telephone number [email was an option]
The Tarrant County Clerk's Office provides a free on-line automated service in which Tarrant County property owners can sign up to have their name monitored to track possible fraudulent activity.
A common property fraud scenario involves falsified documents in order to obtain a fraudulent mortgage in someone else's name. Once this happens, a person can use your home as collateral on a mortgage or even attempt to sell your home to an unsuspecting buyer.

The man, (name omitted here in forum, had changed her locks, entered her house with out permission and took two TV's and a lawn mower, she told police. The man told her she'd have to pay him $2,000. police records say
Similar seizures may be taking place all over Tarrant County, Mansfield Deputy Constable [name omitted here in forum] end quote

I am thinking apparantly local DFW folks can't even go away safely for a few days without someone stealing your home property.

http://en.wikipedia....erse_possession" Squatter's rights" or Adverse Possession.
Adverse possession is a process by which premises can change ownership. It is a common law concept concerning the title to real property (land and the fixed structures built upon it). By adverse possession, title to another's real property can be acquired without compensation, by holding the property in a manner that conflicts with the true owner's rights for a specified period. For example, squatter's rights are a specific form of adverse possession.
The circumstances in which adverse possession arises determine the type of title acquired by the disseisor (the one who obtains the title from the original owner), which may be fee simple title, mineral rights, or another interest in real property. Adverse possession's origins are based both in statutory actions and in common law precepts, so the details concerning adverse possession actions vary by jurisdiction. The required period of uninterrupted possession is governed by the statute of limitations. Other elements of adverse possession are judicial constructs.

And we have a city licensed monitored security system that when triggered, they will call our personal cell phone to alert us to an unathorized entry.... to be followed up immediately to call the Police.

Thought that kind of thing took years, not 3 days. I come home after three days and find someone in my house, that would be a CHL related issue, not squatter's rights.
