Is it just my end, or has the forum seemed agonizingly slow in the last couple of days? Seems to take a long time for pages to load and for posts to be completed. sad.gif

I've noticed it seems a little slow, too. Thought it was just my machine or something.

Maybe it's time for a housecleaning and an upgrade.

Software or hardware upgrade?

I haven't had any trouble. However, my server is doing some maintenance, so it could be on that end. The upgrade will be for the software. I can also delete some time sensitive threads and do some purging, which should help things. The software upgrade reminds me of something. Would you all be willing to do without the forum for a few days?

It will be very difficult, but by breathing deeply and slowly, I'm sure I can survive a couple of days of withdrawals wacko.gif .

speed has been greatly improved since last night... i think i can live without for a few days, as long as there aren't any hanging arguments that i didn't get the last word on.
