I had driven around on I20 for years, and finally stopped into downtown for the first time just last year. The Wooten is a beautiful building. The Windsor is pretty neat too, and really makes the place feel big. The largest buildings there feel very well taken care of. The area around the train station was really lively in my one stop, lots of people hanging out. A lot of the town felt clean and well preserved. Quite a few storefronts had been gutted and were being used as parking though. They also had a really cool park which was like a really tiny water gardens.

I took a "before" shot of the last shot with the mural from the same spot just about,

I hope they go through with the Festival District! Lots of potential in that town.
