As much as I've had ideas for skyscrapers in downtown, I've also had ideas for development in that part of downtown that stretches from Henderson to the Trinity. I'm not sure if I'm the only one who thinks it, but it seems like this area has been pretty much ignored for the most part.
As much potential I see in the main part of downtown, I see plenty for this side as well. So I decided to start on another project, this one dedicated to the Upper Westside (... not sure if this entire area is known as that, but that's what I'll call it for the sake of this thread). Here's the main plan:
I'll get started on the buildings In March. Starting with the Walgreens and Westwood Contractors building....
