Why is Lone Star Park in the Tarrant County list?

I believe part of Grand Prairie is in Tarrant County.  I don't think TC stops at the Arlington border.

Part of Grand Prairie is in Tarrant County; however, Lone Star Park is not.

Lone Star park is not. I was looking at the maps yesterday. The article wasn't so much about Tarrant County, but the list from the article isn't quite accurate.
