Hi All,

 

I'm possibly relocating to Ft. Worth and have fallen in love with the downtown area, and am especially interested in the Tower Condos.  However, not sure if I want to purchase yet.  What do the 1200sf or so units rent for, approximately?

I was perusing downtown Fort Worth real estate online this weekend and saw a one-bedroom for lease for $1700/month.  It was 923 square feet.  The Tower is a condo so I wouldn't think that units come available for lease very often.  Keller Williams on South Hulen had the listing.
