Yes, you guessed it correctly. We will be on a photo shoot in Cancun Mexico 3 -10 March. (this is our 5th year) Our client is a Cancun travel agent.

Dave, I hope that you have fun. I wish we could have a forum vacation to Cancun, but I guess we will just enjoy your photos when you return instead.

How's the damage there in Cancun? We were going back here soon but our travel agent told us it was pretty bad and they weren't booking any trips out there for another 8 months. That was 2 months ago.

The above comments were about our trip in March 2005. However, we have already booked another trip for 2 - 9 April 2006. Local Fort Worth Travel agent didn't mention anything about delays.

I talk frequently with our travel agent client in Cancun. They say all is cleaned up. Most hotels are reopened. And yes, we expect a little mess but nothing that will keep us from going in April.

Yes, we will probably be on another photo shoot for our Cancun travel agent client.

Here is a website that lists OPEN Hotels in the Cancun, Riveria Maya and Cozumel area. Scroll through the list of Hotels, Resturants and Local Activity Tours. You might consider emailing your Travel Agent this address.
