South of 7th

Slated as an "Urban Village", the South of Seventh development will consist of a new Residence Inn by Marriott, 125,000 square feet of specialty shopping and dining, contemporary townhouses, and mid-and high-rise condominiums overlooking the city's skyline.  The Residence Inn Fort Worth Cultural District opened in the April of 2004 and the townhouses, situated around a central fountain are nearing completion.  The townhouses are Mediterranean in style; thereby, complimenting the nearby Montgomery Plaza development.  The retail component and the condominium units have yet to start construction.
