7-Eleven Store

3300 W. 7th St. - 2009

This three story building houses a 7-Eleven Convenience Store on the ground floor and residential above.  It is a part of the Museum Place Development and it was built to replace a more suburban 7-Eleven one block to the east.  The convenience store gave up the opportunity to sell gasoline when they moved to the new building.  Museum Place purchased the old 7-Eleven site and cleared it for future development.  However, construction began on December 19, 2011 on a five story mixed use building between the store and One Museum Place.  James Harwick + Partners, Inc. of Dallas designed this building.
