This three story building houses a 7-Eleven Convenience Store and GFF Architects on the ground floor and residential above. The residential component is called the Corner Store Condos. It is a part of the Museum Place Development and it was built to replace a more suburban 7-Eleven one block to the east. The convenience store gave up the opportunity to sell gasoline when they moved to the new building. Museum Place purchased the old 7-Eleven site and cleared it for future development. This part of the development began construction on December 19, 2011. It is a five story mixed use building between the store and One Museum Place, on the old 7-Eleven site, housing retail on the ground floor and apartments above.
