"Modern Flatiron" Building

3131 W. 7th St. - 2009

This four story building is flatiron in shape and sits at the prow of the intersection of West 7th and Camp Bowie Blvd.  It was designed by James Harwick + Partners, Inc. from Dallas.  The building features ground floor retail and office space on the upper three floors.  The wall of the building facing Camp Bowie is all glass and tilts outward.  The facade along 7th Street and the back of the building is brick with punched window openings.  The ground lfoor is all glass. The major ground floor tenant is Blue Sushi Sake Grill.
