Cassidy Corner

E. 1st & Pecan - 2000-2001

Located on the northeast and southeast corners of E. 1st & Pecan Streets, this office/condominium project is being developed in two phases.  The first phase, on the southeast corner of the intersection is complete. The second phase, on the northeast corner, has just started construction.  There are two units in the first phase and six units in the second.  What is unique about this project is that the complex is designed for the unit's owner to have their office on the first floor and their residence above.  All floors feature 10' ceilings, large windows with skyline views, private terraces and balconies, fireplaces, and garages.  The architect for the project is Fort Worth's Ken Schaumberg.
